I offer a non-judgmental, grounded space where you can breathe again — a place to rest, reset, and feel supported in a way that honours where you are.

My name is Laura, and I work with people who are doing it tough — those navigating burnout, loss of loved ones, disconnection, emotional pain, or a deep desire to find ease and contentment in daily life.

Through a practice of attuning to — Awareness, Wholeness, Empathy, and Nurture — we listen to the body, and mind to gain an understanding of what is happening,

Many of the people I walk alongside find that, over time, resting their nervous system opens up space for resilience, and inner power to return — even in the midst of change or uncertainty.
