MAKE ART is a therapeutic practice — open to everyone.
You will discover the power of permission and the courage to create.
In person or online, you will be guided through art making and given time to muse, notice and express yourself — beyond judgement and expectation.
Making art can give voice to what is difficult to put into words.
This practice develops self-awareness, supports emotional wellbeing, invites new perspectives and builds your capacity to be with challenges, discover your own resolve and live in greater harmony with your truth.
You may meet uncertainty or blocks along the way. This is natural.
Held within a therapeutic relationship tailored to your needs, you will be supported to explore what emerges and discover what is vital to you, at your own pace.
Sessions are one hour.
Meet with me in person at the studio or online via Zoom or Google Meet.

Supervision is a relational space to make meaning, to reflect, to listen, to notice what is emerging in your practice. Not simply to find answers — but to deepen in meaning and healing. Beneficial practice for practitioners.
